Badmaash Company

No its not a Bollywood fashion overdose but just the IPL fever settling down. With so many new releases we are bound to see a lot more parties, fashion and therfore a lot many updates

Ok so with Badmaash Company whoever it is seem sto have done a good job in making Ms Sharma look of so hot and still so stylish. Be it the casuals or the prettier stuff she gets a thumps up from me.

Love the coloured denims, the bling dresses; the waist coat and those hot shorts.

Ya and not to miss those curls they sure make her look way better than the oh so boring straight hair. Am sure you guys agree.

Ya have decided to post every single day and stop giving excuses to myself. So watch out for something new on smitten everyday. Also let me know if theres some style goss that you would like to know more about

Housefull of fashion

Hello people! Yes back from politics to Bollywood the inspiration to Indian fashion. Have been catching the promos of housefull and must say of what I see I quite like the styling. Both the girls Deepika & Lara look stunning. Here are a few stills from the movie. Let me know what you guys think.

Love Lara's new hair do. The crop looks great and loved the sheer simple shirts at the Houseful T20 World Cup Press Meet

Style Politicized

There is something very chic and elegant about sarees and must say I have a few icons who sport this look really well
It's not the conventional bling sarees with skimpy noodle strap blouses.

Love these Indian sarees with great fabrics, detailing, prints, colour combination's & styles of the blouse that inspires me to try these most definitely.

Sonia & Priyanka Gandhi are so well dressed all the time. Keeping it simple yet so classy. And got to admit Priyanka sports the white shirt black trouser look also equally well. Shes the most sophisticated politician we have in the country.

Love the Gandhi inspired look on Katrina in Rajneeti. So much better than her dresses in her conventional movie songs.

Remember Kareena Kapoor at a 3 idiots event in a traditional chanderi saree! Loved it! Breather from her usual Manish Malhotra stuff

Really wanna get these sarees!

Nobody does it better than Bebo

I'm sure a lot of you guys agree with me on this one, nobody does her eyes better than Ms. Kapoor.
Check her eyes out at the felicitation for Saif with the Padma Shri. Gurlz at makeupandbeauty have a detailed video on get the kurbaan kareena look. Wow makes me feel good already that I'm not the only one.

Oh by the way I'm on my way to the tailor to copy this manish malhotra outfit. Love the cream, gold and maroon.

Deepika for RCB

Got to say she is a classic. But I think that's with all the new kids in tinsel town these days. Loved her in the black shirt with the RCB emblem and crop pants. Its a classic from me.

P.S. People look at the beauty beyond the gossip between her and Mallya JR.

The French Connection Man & Woman @ Linking Road

After really long, I was finally getting out this weekend and was extremely excited to get myself something sexy to wear. While I was thinking of all the places I could probably visit I got an SMS from French Connection announcing their new store at Linking Road. While I drove to the store after I finally found it I parked my car and walked right in.

The visual on the window read the man should be brave! Made me wonder what will it say for the woman! Couldn’t really see much of her until I went right in

Got to admit I liked the whole black & white look of the campaign. A strong & distinct imagery. It may not go down well with everybody but for me the quirk only added to my shopping experience.

As I walked in the security guard & the staff greeted me (rare to find in a lot of stores these days where most of the sales staff are either on their phones or struggling with their computers) Thumps Up on that one!

I went through their collection loved all the bling and the flowers. While I walked to the trial room with my hands filled with a lot of stuff, I observed the campaign closely and loved the lines on the wall. It just resonated so well with all that I experienced in store. Ya the man & the woman shop so differently. E.g. have you ever seen 2 men in a trial room together… no but you’ve definitely seen two women in a trial room together? It’s normal for us to change in front of our friends but for guys it’s soooo not happening.

After a lot of trying I bought myself some swimwear, shorts, and 2 lovely dresses.
Truly the feeling a woman gets after she finds the perfect dress that was as good as she imagined it to be… is something I cant explain.
Needless to say I looked stunning that night, or should I say the dress that made me look stunning that night!
