Eva was spotted at the Robin Hood after party wearing a gorgeous Elie Saab Spring 2010 mini cocktail dress.

The nude asymmetrical cocktail dress has a structured shoulder and gold embellished details, which she matches with gold ankle strap heels and gold earrings.
