Ok so Ms. Rai is yet again at the Cannes film festival 2010 courtesy L'oreal. At the premiere of Robin Hood she chose to wear Elie Saab, Spring 2010 Couture blue gown. Don't love it but know she can do better. Don't like the hair at all. The puff in a profile shot looks way to big.
