These sisters are always upto a fashion surprise and that's no surprise to us. In an The magnificent theme of Fairy Tales and flawless styling is the OK June 2011 issue.

Rhea styles Sonam threw various characters keeping fashion at its core. What I love about Sonam is obviously that she carries off anything effortlessly but how she fits into the character she plays be it in films or stills so seamlessly. The fashion never seems to overpower the theme or the character.

Looks 'Ive loved

Ok so yes have been away on a long holiday. Away from all the madness and backpacking through India. Its been the most enriching experience of my life. But I must confess while I roughed it out on this holiday I was also itching to wear all the fun stuff and see who was wearing what while I was on holiday. I also managed to pack in a week in NYC and London in the last 3 months and I loved every bit of it.

The two people who've impressed me and how are Sonam Kapoor & Kate Middleton(ya I know they aren't surprises but these ladies have now reached a new milestone in being stylish.

Kate ofcourse had her wedding day where she looked marvelous. Wont write much about that coz I'm sure enough and more has been written about it. But this last appearance of hers at a social last week( some glamourous gala in London). She chose a blush pink Jenny Packham dres. I could be wrong as you know I am not perfect with names but I love style more than brands.
There was nothing that I could say when someone looked so wonderful actually so effortlessly stylish but only that I would want to look like her soon.

The other one is Sonam Kapoor at the Artist premiere at Cannes 2011. She chose a Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2009 gown. It was a tough one to pull through with something so structured yet so fluid. She wore her hair just right so it wouldnt mess or interfere with the many details of the gown. Her make up just right for the red carpet to lift a white dress to sophisticate levels.

The Kapoor sisters at Anamika Khannas show LFW Spring 11

Ok so last night Tote on the turf was buzzing with celebrities models, socialites & press. The show began 30 mins late and I think I was expecting the Kapoor sisters to be there obviously. We know they love Anamika Khanna.

Actually can I confess that I was more excited to see them than the show. They obviously looked great. Rhea kept it feminine with a skirt, leggings & a jacket which I love. Sonam on the other hand kept it androgynous with pants, shirt,waistcoat & a jacket. The silver clutch & the neckpiece didn't add too much to the outfit. The gelled pulled back hair & smokey eyes obviously worked. I am not such a fan of this look and I think it could go completely wrong if not for Sonams confidence to carry it off well.

Rhea wears clothes brilliantly but her posture seems very droopy and flouncy.

Sonam doing it 2 ways

So looks like Sonams absence will soon end with 2 summer releases this year. First with Mausam which I am extremely excited about. There seems to be no designer clothing and her look seems to be similar to that in Delhi 6. I loved her in Delhi 6.

The other is For Thank You which we will see the of so perfect Ms Kapoor.

Dont know why but seems like this lass with all the three shoots that she has been out of glitterati for i.e. Mausam, Thank You and Players seems to be adding a little weight to this otherwise tall & lean lady.
