Bad or Worse

What was Priyanka thinking when she chose this girlie look with ugly shoes and a bad hair day. Her appearance at a recent book launch was not worthy of a mention. But when I saw another terrible appearance this morning in the Bombay times I had to write this. Who would ever send a picture like this for a front page story of Bombay Times.
